I am learning French because I live in Mons and expect to live here for a few more years. It's important to me that I am able to communicate with people. I am a beginner, but I have some basic knowledge of grammar and vocabulary. I need assistance in all aspects of the language. Mostly, though, I want to feel comfortable speaking - so pronunciation would be particularly important. I'd like at least one lesson per week, but two would be best. I'd like to work with a teacher who is patient and generally easy to talk to (in English or in French). I'd like for the teacher to be serious about teaching me, but not intimidating. I have looked into tutors in Mons, but they are very hard to locate.
