basically knew the laguage very young and it died out in me. Grandparents spoke fluently and parants would speak a bit but were not fluent. was learning it in school up to grade 2 and they cut it out of the schools back home and had to learn french, which i still dont understand. know more gaelic then french and would like to speack it fluently to my kids which i plan on sending them to a gaelic school if possible back home

My name is Albert Walsh. I have recently decided to look into learning Gaelic (scottish). According to my father our family was from scottland, and through research I found that we were from The Clan Ronald (I have no idea if I'm spelling that right). I'm glad I finally found or decided to look for a way to learn the language.
