3. The areas of improvement needs are grammar and conversation.
4. The dedicated time for learning I guess can be two hour per day three days per week for instance as long period as it need for English skills improvement.

Reason for learning English language is to effectively use in day to day life. My proficiency level is not an expert. Areas where I am looking is grammar and forming correct gramatical sentenses along with correct accent. I am dedicate 2 hours on weekend.
