I have slight proficiency, two years' university study. My native tongue is English, however first learned foreign language was Italian - so I have trouble thinking in German (rather automatically translate to Italian, then to German - which doesn't work!) My grasp of grammar is ok - most trouble with vocab. Looking for a 60m-90m lesson per week.

I'm a beginner.
Ac tually I am already taking private tuitions in german, from a lady in quatre bornes, but she is stealing my money; she's charging me too much Rs.2500 for a month (I really wish she gets busted by the MRA).
Well, actually I'm learning German because I want to go do my MEng in telecommunica tions afterwards in germany in 3 to 4 years.
I want to get fully acquainted with all the aspects of the language, I want to learn from A to Z the german grammar, have a very diversified vocabulary, be able to do quick translations from german to english and german to french and vice versa in both cases, be able to use the language in the scientific field, be fluent while speaking.
If I start tuitions; most probably in december because I am compelled to pay in advance with the actual crook teacher and I already paid for the month of november; I will probably be there for quite a long time, may be 2 to 3 years with a minimum of 2hrs per week because I will not be learning the language for fun, I really want to learn fully.
I only expect that the teacher sticks to his/her work while enternainig the tuition with a pleasant mood, conducive to learning.
