I'm a beginner and started trying to teach myself Russian. I hit a roadblock because I feel like I really cant pronounce anything and I'm confused with the grammar. I would like to learn every aspect of the language. My grandparents are from the Ukraine and Russia and I thought it would be a fun language to learn. I would like to go to Russia one day and be able to communicate. I would like to spend one or 2 hours a week with somebody that teaches in a creative way to help me understand easily. I get very bored very quickly so I need someone interesting to keep my attention. I would like my teacher to be friendly and encourage me. As well as someone that can help keep me on track by giving me assignments. I really have wanted to learn this language for a few years now. I have taught myself little things like the alphabet and some words and phrases but I feel like nothing sticks in my head. And, I would like someone to keep me practicing.
