Besides the few basic phrases she has taught me, I am very much a novice.

I am an absolute beginner in Arabic, and would like to learn the different Middle Eastern dialects. I want to learn it purely out of interest as I have always loved languages. I am willing to spend several hours a week learning this language. Depending on the cost of the lessons, I am willing to spend up to 3 hours a week in lessons, plus work on my own at home. I am looking for a teacher who has a minimum of 2-3 years experience teaching Arabic, and has a highly flexible schedule due to my own schedule. The teacher I am looking for must hold my interest even if we are always working from a textbook. Reading from a texbook and expecting me to just do worksheets won't hold my interest.
