I am planning on learning Japanese for future use and career advancement when I move to Hawaii in August. I have no prior knowledge of the Japanese language. I'm learning so many languages not only for help in career advancement or choices but also for the sheer pleasure of it. I simply love asian languages and want as many under my belt as possible. I've been at japanese a while longer than the others and as a result am better at it than the rest of them. I'm not sure where i need improvement. I want to dedicate as much time as possible to these lessons. And as for what qualities I'm looking for in a teacher, i suppose just someone easy to get along with who wont let me slack off :).
