Long story, but I have a Danish wife and two children. My wife speaks Danish exlusively to them (one 2, the other 7 months). She often speaks to me in Danish if the kids are present. So, why doesn't she teach me Danish? Kind of like teaching your spouse to drive - some things are better left to another to do.
What I'm looking for a formal immersion into Danish. Grammar, verbs, tenses and vocab building - in that order perhaps. Pronunciation is important but not right away.
I have language abilities - I took years of French and at one time, I was fairly fluent yet unmistakably American.
I need a teacher - I need to be a student to take this seriously.
