I am a beginner, we have no experience speaking this language. By we, I mean my husband, myself and my 15 year old daughter. It is a language that we have all wanted to learn for sometime and recently my daughter travelled to Italy and she really wants to learn it so we thought that it would be good for all of us to learn at the same time as than we could speak it together and get more experience with it. We want to learn it just for the experience and find it a very interesting language as for my daughter it will help than because she will than know three languages. We think that one or two hours a week would be good. We are looking for a teacher that Italian is their native language and that will be patient in our learning and make it a fun experience.

Language Proficiency: I am a beginner. I only know a few, simple phrases that I have learned from some online training.
I have decided to learn a foreign language because I think it will be something fun and challenging. I also feel that it could come in handy if I wish to pursue a government career in foreign affairs.
I would love to spend as much time as possible learning a new language.
