i am not even at beginner level when it comes to mandarin.
i wish to learn the language mostly for work but also for a better understanding of the chinese culture - which is such an integral part of the global community at this point

I'm a 22 year old student, Canadian born but with a Russian father. I have tried learning before, but the approach has never been adequate.
I' d like to learn at a beginner's level for starters in all areas, so that I can learn a new language as well as be able to communicate with family members in Russian.
I would be willing to dedicate quite a lot of time to learn, meeting on a regular basis if capable.
For a teacher, I'm looking for someone nice, friendly and on the younger side so I can feel less pressure. It's not required.

I have never spoken french, my background is french,
my family is from belguim, I wish to learn the language to be able to have conversations with my family when they visit. I wish to spend at least 6 hours a week or at least what is necessary to learn it proficciently . I'm looking for good quallity lessons with someone who knows what theyre doing, I'm a fast learner and would love the chance to speak a second language.
