Description

I have always wanted to learn to speak Italian as I love the language and the country. I have also set up my own business and may well have clients in Italy; learning the language would be a huge advantage.
I have already started to learn the language, and would rate my current proficiency somwhere between beginner and intermediate.
In terms of improvement, I would like to concentrate on grammar and also building up confidence in conversation.
I would like to start classes again in the New Year, and could dedicate one hour a week to lessons and a further 3 hours to self-study and homework.
It is important for me to have a good rapport with my teacher; someone with whom I enjoy interacting. I would also like to work with someone who knows Italy, so that learning could be put into real-life Italian context and I could learn a little more about the country as I learn the language.
