Naanza kwa kutathmini asili ya mwanafunzi, malengo yake na mtindo wake wa kujifunza, kisha napanga masomo kulingana na mahitaji hayo. Natumia mbinu ya mawasiliano ambayo inasisitiza kuzungumza na kusikiliza kwanza, ili wanafunzi wapate kujiamini katika mazungumzo ya maisha halisi kabla ya kuendelea na ujuzi wa juu wa kusoma na kuandika. Wanafunzi hawajifunzi sarufi na msamiati pekee, bali pia methali, nyimbo, misemo na desturi zinazofanya lugha iishi na kueleweka zaidi. Aidha, ninatekeleza programu maalum kwa makundi tofauti ya wanafunzi—wat alii, wataalamu, wana...

    • Teaching approach: I normally brake my lessons into small sub-topics according to the timeframe agreed. At the begging I will introduce all the expectations of the lesson, and give the learner an opportunity to contribute and add other individual expectations that will help me in my delivery. During my lessons it I do a brief explanation of the subject matter and then dwell much on the learner's practice in writing and speaking with a spontaneous rectification to ensure their is much retention and mastery of the content.
