A Very Capable Russian Language Teacher I had been planning to study the Russian language ever since a Russian doctor friend of mine commented that I was too influenced by the west to understand what the east can offer. Unfortunately due to my work load at that time, I cannot schedule a class to attend to. I only had the chance to study the Russian language, as I promised my friend, when I retired last June 2013. I was very lucky to find Ksenia as my Russian language teacher through the internet. As a solo student, she tailored her methodology on my desire to learn the language as it is spoken and written. The lessons are presented clearly and interestingly according to my capacity of understanding. I enjoy doing the home assignments, the written and the audio exercises and, although I made many mistakes, I somehow was able to do it correctly when we met in our class lecture. Ksenia's good command of English makes her the best teacher of the Russian Language, her native tongue. The lessons are structured for easy understanding and assimilation. I highly recommend her as language instructor and I believe that any serious student who is willing to be taught by her will greatly benefit from her knowledge and experience. Great! Russian is one of the more difficult languages to learn with all its variations and exceptions, but Ksenia makes it easier. Her approach to teaching is casual but very informative. The lessons are conversational, so the words and phrases that you will learn are what you will actually use when you go to Russia. She'll share with you interesting trivia and stories about the culture as well - this is probably what I enjoy hearing and learning the most. Ksenia is patient, easy to understand, funny, and comfortable to learn with. You'll be speaking and writing wonderfully in no time! Learning German in an easy way Learning a new language is difficult but Ksenia has made it easy with her modern teaching techniques. My requirements were to learn basic German grammar and vocabulary for conversational purpose and Ksenia has tailored the lessons to concentrate on this. I had a two months lesson with her until I had to discontinue due to my busy schedule. However, in this short span of time, I was able to learn the basics of the language. I will definitely choose her again once I have a chance to continue my German lessons. She is kind, patient, punctual, and a very good teacher. Thanks Ksenia!
