Excellent teacher in both Hungarian language & pedagogy Erzsi is a very knowledgeable & passionate teacher of Hungarian. She loves the language & Hungarian culture. I have had 2 lessons per week of 2 hours each with Erzsi, one-on-one, for the last 2 years and I am continuing my studies with her now. We work on vocabulary & grammar, read some Hungarian children’s books, listen to popular Hungarian music & read poetry, all the time working on pronunciation, idioms, sentence structure, and much more. Before my lessons with Erzsi, I had some knowledge of Hungarian grammar & vocabulary but couldn’t speak it at all nor understand others. Now our lessons are only in Hungarian and when I visit Hungary, I am able to make myself understood and speak with others. Hungarian is a difficult language but if you have a strong desire to learn it then Erzsi is your teacher! Add a follow-up message (Liza Bogar or Kirk only) |

Great Hungarian Teacher in Toronto! Szia! :) I worked with Liza twice a week for 6 weeks and she was really able to gear the teaching to my needs. She always came prepared with lessons and was patient with my learning. Hungarian is not an easy language to learn and I feel that after my sessions with her, I have a much better grasp of the language especially the grammar. I would highly recommend her if you're looking for a tutor in the Toronto area. Her schedule is flexible and she's super professional and makes the sessions enjoyable. Liza is a great teacher! Liza is a great teacher.. attentive, thorough, and fun. I've learned a lot from her. My comprehension and fluency in the Hungarian language have greatly increased. My friends and family are shocked at how quickly I am picking up the language. I look forward to my Hungarian class every week... and would highly recommend her.
