very professional Chinese language teacher, excellent teaching I have had several Chinese language teachers before, but none of them is as professional as he is. Just as he said in his profile, his teaching is very effective and efficient. After study with him for these two months, my Chinese level has increased greatly. It is very impressive that he can always quickly find out your difficulties on learning Chinese, and with his patient and logic explaining, you will find your progress nearly after every lesson with him. He is always able to give appropriate explanations towards your grammar questions, and help you to exercise by using grammar rules. I am really fond of his Chinese character teaching. He usually makes funny stories about the complicated characters to help you memorize them. When I study with him, I also learned lots of knowledge about Chinese history and culture. Ben really has a good understanding and perspectives on that. The teaching website is quite useful tool, and it updates very often. I can do some extra self studies of Chinese language and culture there, get recommendations for classic Chinese movies and music, very good learning experience. Professional Chinese Language Teaching At first, I think like he will be like any other Chinese teacher I have experienced before. However, after the first class he even showed his difference. His catch of student`s attention and understanding of your problems and quealifications are quite impressive. His homeworks and assignments forces you to review and understand your weak points. He tracks the student for every kind of development such as speaking writing Hanzi and Pinyin, speaking and reading. Lastly, he even gives online and mobile support for your popped-up problems.
