Teaching Approach

I have more than 2 years experience teaching Chinese to students ranging from high school to the college level. My own specialty are in modern literature and cinema. I am currently a Ph.D candidate and a part-time Chinese language teacher at a boarding school. Flexible schedule and willing to travel to locations within 50 miles of my current residence.

Program Description

My teaching philosophy is very flexible in terms of approach and subject matter. I try to tailor the program to the various needs of my student(s). With the exception of being a stickler for Chinese grammar and elementary reading knowledge I am otherwise very open to the input of my students.
