I have 6 years of experience tutoring in French and English, teaching groups of children and adults in both English and French on various subjects, and presenting to groups of 1-50 people in both languages on various topics.

Frequently Asked Questions

I work shift work, so my schedule is quite open. Depending on the day, I am available between the hours of 8am - 10pm CST, but can be available outside of those hours for international students requiring tutoring.
Payments can be made through PayPal, and receipts will be issued.
Multiple lessons can be purchased at a rate of $40/lesson for 6 lessons, or $35/lesson for 12 lessons. Singular lessons can be purchased for $45/lesson and must be paid same-day before the lesson. Once payment has been received, lessons will take place.
Cancellat ions can be made up to 24hrs before the scheduled lesson time. Cancellations made within 24hrs of appointments are subject to a cancellation fee of $5.
As for what makes me an effective teacher, I am an excellent learner, which makes all the difference. I have tried and failed repeatedly in many subjects before achieving tremendous success. This puts me in a great position to answer questions students may have about English and French, giving them the benefit of my experience.
I also speak some Spanish (Central America) and Russian, which may help prospective students who speak those languages.
