The most important for me in teaching or learning a language is feedback. Therefore, I think it is beneficial to often point out structures of grammar or vocabulary, and their use to the learners. However, that does not mean feedback should only be negative and about the mistakes, it should always include encouragement . The students should know in the end what he or she can and cannot do and what should be done to achieve better result.
I prefer to teach not with a fixed teaching method, but to adjust it according to the student, while covering all the necessary issues.

Since I taught various age groups (from little kids to older students) I am quite flexible in my teaching methods. Connected to this, I plan my classes according to the needs and wishes of my students, which means I have experience in teaching "fun classes" with games as well as grammatic-bas ed ones.
