Teaching Approach

My approach is to first understand how best the student learns and then tailor my lessons around this. For example, if a student is a visual learner, my approach would be heavily based on pictures, videos (sorting, connecting, describing etc.) If the student is an oral/aural learner, then I would use more stories, recordings and put more emphasis on collaborative dialogue. There is a specific plan made for each individual child that I work with.
