I use and implement various materials, such as visual cards, language games, tests, peer-to-peer tasks in the class, where more advanced students are given opportunity to explain language and grammar patterns to their classmates. We implement vocabulary games, where two groups of students compete in doing new language tasks during the lesson, or to explain/descr ibe new words to their classmates so they can guess what new word is being introduced.

I taught Russian and English to private students, as well as in schools (In China, EF school, adult class) and in one on one online classes (to Chinese students). Russian is my native language and I speak English fluently on native level as I've been working in English companies and lived and worked in New Zealand for many years. I also have TEFL Level 5 certificate, obtained in 2018, TQUK, Ireland. I can teach both Russian and English equally well, to the students of any age, starting from 10 and up. I am also a professional artist and art tutor (Art Academy graduate, 1986) and have taught arts (painting & drawing) to students of various ages.
In language teaching I first check the students' level of knowledge and then tailor specific program for the class or individual, to make it more efficient. I use plenty of reading materials, writing and grammar exercises and quizzes, or if there is a specific request, focus on conversationa l skills more. In a standard class lesson type I begin with introducing a vocabulary (7-8 new words) after which more to reading a new text, containing those words, explaining their usage and grammar along the way. After that we usually do some language quizzes an exercises, to check how well have students understood it and to strengthen the new material. We end lesson by repeating the learned material and advising students on some home work, when necessary.
