My own personal teaching philosophy is that a successful teacher is one that understands his or her students, and a successful lesson is one that has a clear aim that meets the students’ needs. In my class, we shall be looking at how to meet these needs with specific focuses on speaking, reading writing and listening, as well as grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation and business German. I'll correct your mistakes and try to make your German sound like a native speaker. Before my lesson I like to prepare additional material in a creative way to explain and practice German more easy. I like simplifying things / by discovering / the patterns or rules / among them.
I believe / that learning should be an exciting / and enjoyable process. When you are learning, you are actually creating a new and better self! Amazing, isn't it? My inspirational quote is “With languages, you are at home anywhere.” – Edward De Waal.

I am happy you are interested in learning the beautiful and crazy language of German and I would love to help you to achieve your goals in a fun and effective way.
My name is Christiane from Austria, the charming musical capital of Europe. I’m an experienced German teacher and native speaker. Currently I live in the fascinating island of Taiwan. In 2016 I graduated as general registered Nurse at the University of Graz. Since last summer I started to teach German online. My passion for languages is also part of my German lessons which are motivating and innovative.
I'm an open-minded, creative spirit. I love to travel Asia and explore different cultures and I am learning Chinese since 8 month. Since Austria is famous for music I’m as well a harp musician.
