Teaching Approach

There will be four part of my class.
First part is paraphrase. The beginner student will be asked to paraphrase some simple sentences, intermediate student will be asked to tell me about his recent life and advanced student will be asked to paraphrase a story.
The second part is to analysis the words and grammar in the text. I will use the series of HSK textbooks.
T he third part will be about the basic Chinese words. Such as Pinyin, number, and so on.
The last part is about Chinese culture and history.It could be a traditional Chinese skill like Chinese paper cutting or some Chinese fable story.

Program Description

I am a postgraduate student study in unimelb and I my major is marketing communication s. I am a native Chinese speaker and I have studied English for over 10 years. However, I don't have many friends who speak English and my spoken English is poor. I will be a little bit nervous when I speak English. My undergraduate degree is TCSL (teaching Chinese as a second language) so I can teach English whatever which level you are. I hope I can find not only speaking partners but also some friends.
