I offer a variety of different styles of teaching depending on my customers needs. I am happy to do face to face, 1 on 1 and workshop style lessons. I cover Beginner to Advanced in speaking, reading and writing skills. It is all about having fun while you learn, and hence my training programs reflect that.

I am a native Afrikaans speaker who enjoys teaching people to learn to speak, read and write Afrikaans. I have worked and lived in South Africa, United Kingdom and Australia. I completed a Bachelor of Commerce (IT) degree at the University of Pretoria, in acedemic Afrikaans.

I run and own a training business specialising in Business Analysis and Soft Skills. I have trained people from the very basics of analysis through to professional certification level.
I am well versed in the best training techniques and very passionate about empowering people with education.
Combining my passion for training and my native language of Afrikaans, I would like to you to consider working with me to become a fluent Afrikaans speaker.

Q: Why consider working with me as your Afrikaans teacher?
Ans wer: I am excited to teach Afrikaans and believe I am an excellent, patient and passionate person to work with. It is about learning a new skill that can enrich your life in a unique way. I love sharing my ability to motivate and train people in the form of Afrikaans language skills.
Q: What is my payment policy?
Answ er: Once we agreed the cost of your training, I would expect payment before your first lesson. It can be done on an instalment basis.
Q: What if you don't enjoy the training and want a refund?
Answ er: If you tell me that you are not enjoying it or really don't believe you are getting value from the training, then I will refund you the first lesson's money 100%. After the first lesson, you will have a good idea whether the training is for you. If you find you can't complete the course, I will refund you the remaining lessons minus a modest admin fee.
Q: I said I am a qualified Business Analyst working as a trainer - why do I train people in Afrikaans as well?
Answer: I love training and working with people and I love speaking Afrikaans. Working as an analyst is good but it doesn't always have that wonderful creativity to it that I get from training people in Afrikaans. So I give Afrikaans training to people because I enjoy it!
Q: How do I deliver the training - in person or online?
Answ er: Every training program will have in person sessions (either group workshops or 1-to-1) and it will have an online component to it. The online aspect is simply for you to do some assignments between "in person" training to make sure you get a comprehensive learning. We also do phone training, depending on how we choose to work together.
