Teaching Approach

I like to help people develop their language fluency by talking to them in the foreign language only but at the same time I try to communicate the meaning of words, sentences or modisms by mimicking situations, this has worked for me while teaching adults on evenings and I have felt that they have welcomed this system since in the middle of a discussion I expose alternate meanings of words or phrases and their uses with corresponding examples or applications.

I must really tell you that I can't say that this system is unique because I know there are other people who use other systems with probably better results than mine but I think that in the process many other ways are discovered and tried for effectiveness .

Program Description

I am a math teacher and working at a bilingual school where my classes are held in english, so my fluency is excellent. At the same time I tutor children from high school in Science, Math and once in a while, in Physics since my background is Electrical Engineering. I started in this school as an English teacher for special english students who were non-english speaking students wanting to study in a bilingual environment.

Teaching Experience

I exposed this before, I have been teaching english for 6 years now and I still feel that there are many other ways to teach I need to try. In my present job I have been teaching Math for 3 years now and as I said before, my fluency of the language is quite good.

Teacher Training

I said before that I have an Electrical Engineering background but I am also studying to get a degree in Math Teaching at a local university used expressly by teachers or teachers-to-b e.
