I am highly adaptable, having taught in a large variety of different environments with different subjects and using different curriculum. Hello and salud,
My name is John Jacob Ryan Nay and I am a 36 year old American with extensive teaching experience and qualification s. I have been certified to teach English and ESOL in the United States in the Commonwealth of Virginia. I have a Bachelor's in English, a TESL certificate (RSA/Celta-eq uivalent), and a Master's in Education. I have 10 years of teaching experience in the USA, South Korea, and Saudi Arabia teaching English, ESOL, EFL, Business English, TOEFL Preparation, IELTS, Public Speaking, Conversationa l English, Computer Skills, et cetera. I have even designed and implemented my own courses before on TOEFL, and these courses have been very successful.

Teaching Experience

- 3 years with Saudi Aramco teaching English, Technical English, Computer Skills, Keyboarding, Study Skills, Life Skills, Corporate History, Reading, Composition, etc. to Aramco trainees.
- 2 years with an international language academy in Riyadh where I performed a variety of roles, including teaching TOEFL preparation and lecturing on English grammar at Saudi universities.
- several years experience working with individual students tutoring them on public speaking, TOEFL, IELTS, etc.
- 1 year teaching EFL to children and adults at a private academy in South Korea.
- 1 year teaching ESOL in a public elementary school in the USA.
- 2 years substitute teaching experience.
