Teaching Approach

I cater to the student's natural abilities and how they can learn best. Most of all, I try to make sure that they are having fun while they are learning. :)
The lesson is conducted through Skype and Udoo (an online whiteboard which is used throughout the sessions for sharing files). The lesson goes for 45 minutes and a 15 minute feedback from me about your level and how you can improve as well as some homework activities (if applicable). If there are any files that you need before the session, I will usually send them to you beforehand so you can prepare before class.

Program Description

My name is Yara and I'm a TESOL certified teacher from Sydney, Australia. I offer English language lessons online through Skype. I customize each lesson based on your learning style and what you'd like to improve upon. My lessons are fun, relaxed, friendly and comfortable! :)

Teaching Experience

I have over 7 years of experience teaching students one on one or in small groups. I love teaching English language skills using real-life or everyday scenarios. I use many visual tools during the sessions. I create activities which help learners enjoy the sessions as well as progress and develop confidence in speaking much faster in their learning journey.
