Teaching Approach
I am always trying to meet the needs of her students’ different learning styles, reflected in my teaching methods and use of wide-ranging resources. I practice 21st Century pedagogical approaches in the classroom, demonstrating ability to provide learning experiences which encourage students’ inquiry, innovation, creativity and critical thinking. These experiences are often practical, including project work delivered in context of real-life situations. Equally, my students go out of their way to help each other, and this is particularly evident in group work. I use an interactive whiteboard capably and appropriately , together with software and e-learning materials, to support and enrich learning.
