Teaching Approach

A comprehensive approach will be used to ensure that learning is effective and efficient. The approach includes analysis of texts; review of syntax, semantics and grammar; inter-persona l dialogue; interactions using social apps; and experiencing pop culture in the English world.

Program Description

My tutoring is aimed at helping my student grasp the features of the English language. Time will be allotted for theoretical and practical sessions, and help with school homework-assi gnments and projects is also included.

Teaching Experience

Being a relatively young, native English speaker, I have no teaching experience in this field. However, in College I would fill in for some teachers when they were unable to make it to their high school classes.

Teacher Training

-Proficient in the English Language (Native Speaker).
-D istinction Certification in English Language, English Literature and Communication Studies by the Caribbean Examinations Council.
-As sociate's Degree in Natural Sciences from the Caribbean Examination Council.
-Cu rrently a university student.

Frequently Asked Questions

I prefer to teach in the afternoon or evenings, in a relaxed atmosphere that is conducive to the learning process. I am very interactive and will give extra attention to speaking the English language. Payments should be made on a monthly basis, at the start of the month.

Cost of Lessons

$45-$60 RMB per hour (Price negotiable). Tutoring will be done on 2 hours per day, and two days per week. Sessions can be adjusted based on my client's needs. Days will be chosen based on my client's and my personal arrangements. I will offer one free two-hour session per month to my client.
