Teaching Approach

My focus is on helping you learn by practice, seeing how to make immediate practical application so that you can leave the class and start talking in your target language. I like to use a variety of resources to keep things interesting. My classes include audio, visual and written components. If you like to use games and music to learn then I hope you'll enjoy learning with me as I make use of as many learning aids as I can to keep the class lively and interesting for you as a student.

Program Description

I like to make my lessons interesting, practical, relaxed and fun! I tailor make my lessons dependent on the needs of each individual student. So let me know what your goals and aspirations are. Where you hope to use your target language and which areas of the language you find particularly hard.

Learning a language is all about communicating so I'll give you lots of conversation practice on topics that interest you but if you like to understand how grammar works Then I will be happy to explain that as well.

If you are preparing for a test such as CELTA or IELTS, then I can help you with that. With a good understanding of what each test will entail you'll take the test with confidence and if you are prepared to put in the hard work you will be bound to pass with flying colours.

Teaching Experience

I have been teaching in various fields for around twenty five years, both in a number of school settings as well as with private students. My students have been of all ages from you g children to teenagers and adult students.

Teacher Training

Certified TESOL and TEFL English Teacher also qualified in teaching Business English.
