Teaching Approach

Natural approach, with strong focus on motivation and development of the basic skills, e.g. listening comprehension . I develop the support material and texts according to each student's specific needs. In the beginning we may use a little English or Spanish as teaching tools, but as soon as possible we shift to Portuguese only.

Program Description

I design Portuguese language courses that are specific for each student or each group. I have over 15 years experience teaching language, vast material and passion for what I do. Lessons may be one-on-one, in pairs or in groups.

Teaching Experience

Fist level certified public teacher from Brazil, with tenure at the Piaui state public school network, living and teaching in China since 2002.

Teacher Training

My experience overshadows my certification . I do have very high academic qualification , but I don't think it is relevant.
