Teaching Approach

I offer structured intensive lessons with relaxed and motivating atmosphere.I am skilled in building lessons for different age groups with various targets in learning the language. I build my lessons according to student's purpose of learning the language by covering all the aspects of the language in complex and concentrating on those the student wants to develop the most. I believe good organization of material and systematic approach is one of the most effective ways to learn language.I often use simplified tables and diagrams to introduce new material.Russ ian language can be challenging sometimes that's why enthusiasm, positive attitude and strong support are the main keys at my lessons.

Program Description

I am creative, enthusiastic and dedicated Russian speaking US licensed teacher with excellent communication skills,fun and outgoing personality. Genuinely enjoy teaching and educating about Russian language and culture.

Teaching Experience

In the past I have worked both with groups and individuals of various ages and levels. Most of my teaching experience traces back to Russia. I had several years of face-to-face tutoring English to 3d grader, 5th and 8th graders. As a part of my student's teaching in College I completed all together almost a year worth classwork teaching English and German in public schools. I've also worked with adults learning Russian and English due to re-locations or opening business in foreign country.

Teacher Training

I've completed professional training in teaching languages at Novosibirsk State Pedagogic University (Russia)and received course-by-cou rse evaluation of my education by US Educational Credential Evaluators, Inc. I hold Bachelor's degree in Secondary Education with a teaching major in Foreign Language Instruction and Master of Arts degree in Linguistics. Also I recently obtained Massachusetts Educator License in teaching Russian and ESL.

My teaching schedule is quite flexible, negotiable on individual basis.
Class es can take place either at student's place or on my or neutral territory also negotiable individually. I'm willing to travel to give lessons.
Pay ment to be submitted in the end of the lesson, 12 hours cancellation policy.
