I have been a teacher , teaching Bahasa in a public school for 5 years and had a lot of experience teaching non-native speakers.
I believe in the use of story books, visual aids, songs, films and authentic material. I also use teach based on materials that are use in an existing language courses in Indonesia.
I will also teach students on how to use free software available on mobile or internet. (See independent learning)
I am a very flexible teacher and can cater to various learning needs.

I am also an advocate of independent learning. Meaning, I strive to support my students such that they can be independent learners of the language with the use of available materials online or via mobile application.

I will plan my program according to the needs of my students because I do not believe in one size fits all. I will cater to the needs of my students according to the following criteria:
1. Level of Skill ( Beginner, Intermediate , Advanced)
2. Purpose (Business, Socializing, Traveling)
3 . Type of Learner (Visual, Spatial, Audible etc)
4. Frequency ( once a week, once a month etc)

1. I have had 5 years of teaching Bahasa for 5 years in a Public School to both native and non native speakers. and 3 years of experience as a full time freelancer. At present I am coaching and training children from Indonesia expats family, professionals and a curriculum developer of an international language school.
2. A trained teacher, graduated from National Institute of Education / Nanyang Technological University, Specializing in Bahasa
3. I was raised in Bandung, Indonesia and lived in Singapore, and hence I have experienced the Sociolinguist ic aspect of both Malay and Indonesian language.
4. I also have a business qualification and hence able to relate the use of language in a business environment effectively.

Payment should be made at the end of each lesson in Cash. No advance payment required. Students may wish to terminate the lesson at any time.

I am also constantly learning new languages (Romanian and German). As a learner of a new language, I understand the struggles and challenges of a non-native speaker.
