Teaching Approach

Lessons focus on both grammar and conversation and are conducted primarily in the target language so as to encourage speaking and aid in the understanding of the language. There will also be plenty of focus on reading and listening.

Program Description

Lessons will be structured around the needs of the individual or group. Basic, conversationa l, lessons can be offered to those wishing to learn for fun, whereas more structured lessons including a more in-depth grammar will be available for those wanting to learn in order to meet work or school needs.

Teaching Experience

During my four year stay in Italy I worked as an English teacher/trans lator. I taught both groups and individuals for a local school as well as conducting private lessons at home. My experience in teaching English as well as my years spent living in the country provide me with a vast amount of knowledge of not only the language but also the country and culture.
