Payment
Payment can be made in cash upon arrival (US Dollars or Pesos) or by wire transfer.
If you have traveller checks, it is necessary to cash them first. Please ask the receptionist where to go to cash them.
Payment Options: You can pay your Spanish course in one payment or weekly:
ONE PAYMENT: you receive long-term discount - Average cost decreases with number of weeks.
WEEKLY: Most expensive but most flexible.
Cancellatio ns and Program Changes
Program Changes
If you choose to extend your program, please talk with the school director in advance. This is important for class and accommodation scheduling.
If you choose to reduce your program, you are eligible for a 50% refund of the remaining scheduled program.
If you choose to change a part or your entire scheduled program, we will refigure your invoice and you will be charged an additional $30 (US dollars) processing fee.
Early Leave of Course
Students leaving a course early are eligible for a 50% refund of their remaining scheduled program.
Cancellat ion of Course by Íbero Spanish Argentina
If the school has to cancel a course before the start date, the full amount received will be refunded.
Groups Formation:
Group courses have a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 6 students.
Length of levels:
Each hour of class has 50 minutes. Each one of our 7 different levels has a syllabus to be completed in 40 hours time (to be completed in 1 week or two weeks).Íbero Spanish Argentina always assures the students the completion of the level.
Placement Test:
Before the course starts (24 hours before starting the course or 1 hour before starting the first day of the Spanish Course), the student does an oral and written placement test with the Academic Coordinator who will establish the specific level of language knowledge the student has. After that, the student will be placed in the correct level.
Final Examination
Once the student has completed the Spanish course at Íbero Spanish Argentina, he/ she takes a final examination, and obtains a diploma attendance certificate that is certified by our school.
