Teaching Approach

My classes are dynamic and fun and children hardly realise that they are learning.
Many students learn grammar at school but do not have the opportunity to learn to speak like a native English speaker. My classes are based on personal requirements. I teach individuals or groups .

Program Description

I am an English lady, CELTA qualified and have been working in education for over 20 years.
I am particularly experienced with teaching children and can help your child keep up with their school work and help their English conversation be a natural as possible.
My classes are based around subjects that interest the student or that the student needs for advancement or a better understanding of the world around them.

Teacher Training

I have been a Nursery Nurse since 1988 and have worked in Child Health and Education ever since. I am a mother.
I am CELTA qualified.

Q. What is your Payment Policy?

A. Payment at time of lesson or up front for a nominated amount of
classes.

Q . Are there booking requirements?

A. Yes, Classes must be booked ahead to guarantee a place in my schedule.
I do try to be flexible though. Cancellations or extra classes must be
booked 24 hours before
(except in the case of sudden sickness.)
Q. Do you offer any incentives?

A. Yes, I offer a free meet and greet session ( aprox 1/2 hour) to chat,
find out your requirements and for you to decide if I'm the right
teacher for you.

Q. Where do you teach.

A. I teach in my home or your home ,(particularl y for children who
have had a long day at school and feel safe in their own environment).
I also meet students in cafes, parks etc.
