I would like to learn Catalan so I can communicate to my husbands family and friends. Converssation would be my priority at the moment but eventually grammar etc too.
I would dedicate 1.5 hours a week to lessons.

Catalan and Catalonia have always fascinated me. I want to learn Catalan because I plan to live in Barcelona. I don't want to move to Barcelona without knowing any Catalan, which I think would be disrespectful . I am a complete beginner, but speak Castellano, Italian and French so will pick it up very easily. I have lived in Girona province for 6 months so have spent time listening to Catalan and recognise words. In particular, I want to learn basic conversation, grammar (all tenses), and enough to be able to become fluent once living there. I will dedicate about 2/3 hours per week.
