I am inquiring about paired teaching as my friend and we have recently become very close friends with a family in Gniezno. We have recently returned from our first visit and our polish speaking is very limited.We are neighbors and it would be great if we could have lesson with the same teacher as we can study together at home.We are interested in 1 lesson a week for the length of 2 hours.We are also interested to know weather you are able to travel if we pay the cost. I am a complete beginner with the Polish language. I have a couple of Polish friends, I visited Poland for Christmas last year and I am going over there again for New Years celebrations this year. I have found the people absolutely lovely and the country is amazing, I want to see it all however I am fairly limited due to my lack of communication skills! I also work for the police force and due to the number of non English speakers I come across, I have decided to embark on a mission to learn French, German, Polish and sign language. I can already speak a little French and German so at the moment, Polish and Sign Language is my priority. I am looking to spend maybe one or two hours per week with my tutor, perhaps more in the first months if necessary. I would like to concentrate primarily on conversationa l skills however as far as I'm concerned, the tutor is the one who knows how to teach so I am willing to do anything it takes to get me there!

I want to learn Polish, as a beginner, for i have worked with many Polish people, and i have a Polish boyfriend, so i feel it is right to learn his language.
I am really keen to learn, and have learnt French up to a high level, so i understand the basics of trying to learn a new language.
I would like to maybe do 2 hours per week of studying, for i already have study commitments at University, but it would depend how easy/difficul t i found learning as to how much i would increase the hours.
I am looking for a teacher who can teach me the skills i need in everyday life and education, as well as someone who is patient with me as a beginner! I would prefer private tutoring.
