I've spent the last 2 years between Norway & Malaysia, which has caused my fascination for Norsk/Norwegi an language. My early learning is through dual dictionaries (Engelsk/Nors k), corresponding with Norwegian friends, listening to story CDs, reading news/magazine s & writing. The most compliment I get is 'sa flink du er a skrive norsk!' (pls note my pc doesn't have the norsk alphabets)
Norsk pronounciatio n is quite a challenge for me but with constant practice, I believe speaking will be accurate. This is my area of need. As well as to understand, write & use Norsk as if it's nothing different from my native language.
I'd want my teacher to be patient with me. I enjoy learning time, but not at all a strict person.
