Hello
I am a mother of a 5 1/2 year old Boy
My son has been attending Lycee Francais schools in Los Angeles and Budapest over the last two years
His French is very good and he is following the French School system where he just finished in Grande Section.
We are intending to return to Los Angeles in October where my son will return to his main Lycee Francais school in Los Feliz where he is enrolled as a student
I would like to find a teacher who could tutor my son for 1 month, coming to our home everyday for a few hours and giving my son his tuition in repect to the course he will continue once he returns to his main school , which would be cursive writing, basic Grammer and porblem solving , Math and conversation .
I do not wish to send my son to a school in Dublin for one month as I feel it would confuse him but I do not wish for his studies to fall behind
He will be entering 1st grade/ CP
I belive we would arrive around the begining of September and stay for approx 5 weeks , with maybe a one week break in the middle for a brief Holiday
We live in the Dublin 4 area .

I am a 25 year old professional looking for a little help with brushing up and expanding my French.
Ha ving spent many holidays in France (like almost every Dutch child) and because I had about 5 years of French in high school, I would not consider myself an absolute beginner, instead I estimate that I must be around CEFR level A1. My passive skills (reading, understanding ) are probably a bit better than my active skills (speaking, writing).
I do not have a very practical incentive for wanting to learn French -- I have no professional or romantic connection to the country. It’s rather that I appreciate the French-speaki ng world for their arts (Brel, Festival d'Avignon), food and people so I'd like to interact with it a little more.
I am looking for a native speaker who could teach me 1 hour a week, in person, somewhere around central/south Dublin. Because I have myself been teaching/tuto ring for the last 3 years I have a pretty good idea what I want: a flexible style of teaching with a lot of speaking and an emphasis on grammar, building on what I already kinda know and understand, rather than starting from absolute zero. I am willing to buy a coursebook so that I can do homework and self-studying .
