I have a life-long interest in languages and taught myself the Esperanto number system as a child. I already know Spanish and Russian (in addition to my native English). I now have the motivation to begin learning Esperanto in earnest as a very close friend (who is Korean) speaks little English and I speak very little Korean. I would like to 'bridge the linguistic chasm' (so to speak) with Esperanto.
My proficiency level is beginner so I need improvement in all areas.
I can devote several hours a week to my language lessons.
I look for a teacher who is patient and who, preferably, has successfully taught before.

Beginner student of Japanese, with good knowledge of common grammamatical constructions . I need the most help with aural comprehension and fluency.
I 'm learning Japanese because I am interested in learning about Japanese culture. I also just like learning languages in general.
I'm willing to dedicate a lot of time... up to maybe 4 hours a day. I'm in Kobe for 3 more weeks. As much as you want, pretty much.

I am a relative novice at the international language, but do have a powerful personal motivation to learn... I would like a teacher who is very patient, who is lavish with their praise and only constructivel y critical. my level of profiencey is as a very, very, beginner.
i want to learn because i love to learn new languages.
i need learning in all areas of the language, i am particularly an audio/speakin g learner. so i need to hear the language spoken properly and concisely to learn it.
if the price isn't too pricey i would be interested in at least once a week.
the qualities i need would preferable be that the teacher is the native of that language, that the teacher is friendley, compassionate , and patient. also someone who is a people person, not just business oriented.
