Hello,
I am very interested in learning Mandarin because I think that it is fascinating and i can make a good start over the summer holidays which are coming up soon.
I only know how to say hello and my name in mandarin so i am a beginner. I think that one hour to a two hours lesson sound good and once or twice a week but I am not sure. I am twelve years old and Mandarin seems so interesting and i think that it will be a very useful language to learn.

I would like to learn Egyptian Arabic, as I am considering a move there in the near future. Even if the move is not permanent I may well be spending a few months there. I have been to Egypt twice, and was frustrated that I could not speak the language.
Si nce my return to England I have tried to do a few cd courses, but have not got on very well.
I am hoping that having personal interaction with a tutor would help, then I can check if I am pronouncing words properly, and go over things again if I am feeling lost!

I am enquiring about pashto instruction with regard to my military career. it would be beneficial for my soldiers to have an hour or two of language instruction, as a group, each week. the level across the board of competency is very basic to non-existent. the teacher needs to be able to address a group of 20-30.
