I wish to learn Swahili as I'm hoping to visit numerous parts of Africa in future years once I've graduated from University. I'm a beginner and therefore have no experience in speaking, reading or writing in Swahili. I'm hoping to have 1-2 hours of lessons per week from now until August. I have visited Thailand on a number of occasions [holidays].I intend to return 2-3 times a year,hopefull y retiring in Thailand in 5-6 years time.I wish to learn to learn the language so that I would be able to hold a conversation with a local in their own language, rather than expecting a local to speak English.
