Professional, patient and knowledgable Suzan obviously has an excellent command of both English and Egyptian Arabic (the language she teaches me), but what I find most impressive is her capacity to communicate that even to an absolute beginner. The written materials she provides are excellent, as are the Skype lessons which are well-paced. Suzan is easy to work with and keeps the lessons challenging but not overwhelming.
