I worked as a document translator for 18ish years, have a degree in German but am getting rusty since 2018 when I closed my business. Have also branched out to Swedish and most recently French, but I thought it'd be best to start with German for now. (Duolingo, books, YouTube videos, etc. local groups when they're within reasonable distance.)
