Imitate a famous personality or someone who "typifies" that language. After a while you can use your own "voice" amd your own "personality" in the second language; however, while learing a new language, I find it useful to identify with someone from that country or culture... pretend, act, imitate... Other than that I have done alot of singing along with the headphones on. It's good practice just to get the words out.
