I need this Vietnamese translated into English please

I have just returned to the US since Thursday, until now I am still tired and sleepy, and still have some coughing but it has been better, thanks to the candy your brought for me. Thank you infinitely for all that you have done for me, only you are capable of helping me this much, I was very touched and found speech incapable of expression, Minh Nhat was very lovely, and Jonathan liked him very much. I was happy to find that your wife are very pretty and adorable, your children and behaving themselves and your family is happy. I too am very delighted to see you once again. I hope that you too are happy when you met me, though we don't have much time to spend, I send you the pictures of Minh Nhat. Once again, though I don't write much, but I am very grateful for what you has helped me during my time back to vietnam
