I can speak English fluently and I'm trying to learn Japanese (日本語).
I've almost memorized all of the Hiragana characters, but I can't write them all yet. I know very few Katakana and Kanji. Also, I know a lot of different words like dog is inu (いぬ) and soap is sekken (せっけん). I know plenty more, too. Also, I know many phrases like hajimemashite (はじめまして) and oyasumi nasai (おやすみなさい).
