Wow, you have a diverse taste in music! I tend to like Ronan Keating's group Boyzone more than hard rock groups like Linkin Park. I also like Westlife, LFO, C21, and Point Break. This is only my second year teaching in Korea but already I've become familiar with some popular Korean singers as well--G.O.D., H.O.T., Nell, etc.

do u know Nine Inch Nails? somebody says thr music really good, but i've never listened to it.

Yeah, Nine Inch Nails is very popular in the states. It has been popular among "goth" fans for a long time. Their music is kind of like Marilyn Manson. By the way, my aunt's boyfriend met Trent Reznor, Nine Inch Nail's lead singer!

i dont know NIN very much, just my oral english teacher here.
He's really a NIN juckie, even the Tshirt that he wears, there's NIN. (He will be back to US in a week.)
but here, i cant buy thr CDs though i went everywhere here.:(

Yes, I'm from Champaign, Illinois, which is about 2 hours south of Chicago. Have you been to the music store at CoEx? They have a pretty good selection. It's strange that NIN is so hard to find in Korea, yet you can find Metallica everywhere! :)

That's a good question. I asked my friend and he thinks Metallica means "metal music" or "metal city".
I am 26 years old, and I'm an American teacher at a school in Seohyun. Maybe you've heard of it, it's called JCE?

I will be here until my 1 year contract finishes in June. Then I will probably return to the states. Unless of course I decide to teach in Japan or Thailand or something.
