Recipies from quebec
Hello... this is a meal that everyone enjoy in Québec. It's a little bit trash but it's good ;).. so if you go to quebec try this... the name is Poutine.

Bonjour voici une recette typiquement québecoise...
La plupart des québecois adore ceci. cela fait partit du fast-food typique québecois. La Poutine

It's very simple
- french fries
- cheese (mozarella, chedar .. in small cube, en petit cube)
- and you cover with brown sauce (the one we put on the chiken... )

La meilleur place pour manger de la poutine est un retaurant nommé Ashton, mais on peut en trouver partout dans les restaurant de fast-food... comme le mc-donald
The best place to eat poutine is a place named Ashton, but we can also found some in fast-food place like mc-donalds.

=^_^=

I'm not a gold member... and i want to improve my spanish, japonese and learn Kmer(cambodgian)!! So please contact me :)

Re:soon doo boo recipe

half pack of soon doo boo(tofu),8 clams(not sure about the english name though, around 5cm long), pork 100g, kimchi 100g(if you have one), onion 1/3, leek, pepper(not capsicum but long and thin one, each one of blue and red), soy source, garlic, sasami oil, salt and pepper, pepper powder

1. wash clams in water(with no sand)
2. using a bowl, make up seasoning with soy source(5 tablespoon), pepper powder 2 tablespoon(could be quite spicy for you), chopped leek and garlic, sasami oil 1/2tablespoon, and a bit of sasami(not essential).
3. boil clams and when it's opened, bring'em out and keep the water.(will be used in 5)
4. with a new pot, stir the pork, kimchi, onion, and leek.
5. when onion is boiled, put the water(in 3) into the pot.
6. when the soup is boiled, put the seasoning(in 2) and wait a little.
7. put clams, salt and pepper and boil a little more. (if you like, you might add an egg too)

this soup is not difficult to make
but make sure you know how it tastes like
(perhaps visit korean restaurant first)
hope this will help you.

p.s i didn't know i must not add an email address
and was wondering why it is not posted yet.
stupid system, isn it!

Re:Scandinavian potato dish ??Lufta??
I believe you are looking for Lefse. It is a Norwegian type of dessert. My late mother-in-law used to make it and my husband misses it terribly. Unfortunately I do not know how to make it, but you can research it now that you know the correct name...LEFSE. DEDEE
