I did come across advert on learning French.
You may also contact the French Embassy (talk to sec etc) as they would know exactly who / where course running.
There is a French Institute in Bangi, not sure if the run French language course.
Do u work in KL?

As you can imagine,my Mandarin pronunciation is accurately,clearly;my accent is beautiful.More important,I'm warmhearted.I'll do my best to help you.

I have been interested in English for years and eager to improve it,so if any kid come to China,he or she can live in my home-with me and my husband.We can provide him or her convenient life;show him around,introduce our culture,and so on.
